BESPOKE HOLISTIC TREATMENTS & COUNSELLING SERVICES

Amethyst Exclusive offer a range of Holistic Treatments. Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles & Reiki.

All treatments commence with a full consultation and your individual needs met.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), NLP & Hypnosis.

BESPOKE HEALTH RETREATS

Our retreats vary from half day to 5 days. During the retreats you will experience deep relaxation, new nutritional changes, help with understanding an array of conditions and natural body changes like the Menopause. Help with managing Stress, Anxiety & Depression and General Health and Well-being.

Attending one our wonderful retreats will fill you with a new found energy, knowledge and a zest for life.

BESPOKE REIKI ATTUNMENTS

Our Reiki training is over two days. We only have small groups of students 2 to 6 Max. This allows the group to work well together. I also offer continued support. They are two beautiful days of training.
